I like this app because it shows me to shape my arms.  I can use my 3 kg dumbbells or only my arms. Its better to exercise 5 minutes and day-to-day than longer and just twice a week. These arm workouts are a good choice for me and I hope for you, too. Thanks for your update! 
All 3 are great apps, both free and full versions.. Keep them coming.. Chest and back please

Low price, easy and quick, and really effective workouts make this workout application (and all the others) amazing and perfect! Buy it!
This one is great in that you really feel like youre working all the muscles in your arms. The only problem I have is with the reverse bridge dip. Perhaps my arms are not long enough. At Length lets me down again. :(

Some bad moments

Title of app is arm workout, but its more of an upper body workout. The video and instruction is well done.
Makes exercising short and to the point, so you dont have to "force" yourself to do long workout. I use it everyday, I love the reminders too!
I like the variety and the time choices. The videos are clear. I also like the daily reminder Could use a little longer between exercises, hard to get from plank up to vertical row on 2 second
Good work out, love that I can listen to pandora and still use this app at the same time.
App was suppose to be free but charge me 1.05. Its not the money its the principle.
I love this app, brings out the Feminine Form,long and lean muscle. Girl Muscles are better then boy muscles.
