Very good  ...

I like this app because it shows me to shape my arms.  I can use my 3 kg dumbbells or only my arms. Its better to exercise 5 minutes and day-to-day than longer and just twice a week. These arm workouts are a good choice for me and I hope for you, too. Thanks for your update! 

I love this series!

This one is great in that you really feel like youre working all the muscles in your arms. The only problem I have is with the reverse bridge dip. Perhaps my arms are not long enough. At Length lets me down again. :(

Love it, but

I love this app and all the other ones, but I wish so much their was a skip button within the program. So I could preview it, without having it take 5 mins or sometimes if I have an injury I need to skip one for the day and their is no way to this. Also which there were more exercises to choose from in the custom section for all the apps, some of them are just too difficult for me with my disabilities, but I still need to pick 10 and there isnt always 10 that seem to work for me.

The best app by far!

I have downloaded numerous apps and most while providing exercises are preceded by annoying inspirational talks, or just talks, all of which are annoying and wasteful of precious time. Others require to click for each exercise. This app includes exercises and guidance that are great, working, and show result.

Not what I expected

Title of app is arm workout, but its more of an upper body workout. The video and instruction is well done.

Great

Makes exercising short and to the point, so you dont have to "force" yourself to do long workout. I use it everyday, I love the reminders too!

I like the variety and the time choices. The videos are clear. I also like the daily reminder Could use a little longer between exercises, hard to get from plank up to vertical row on 2 second
